Turn left, then make a U-turn. Say what?

Another tip o' the cap to Garmin RV 760LMT with very recent update. I have it set to avoid unpaved roads. I had a nice excursion near Blanding Utah to a bullet ridden "pavement ends" sign complete with turnaround dodging two old mattresses and an old abandoned dishwasher. On highway 95 (beautiful btw) later it directed a turn onto "unpaved road" by it's own admission. A road not much more than a Jeep trail-which of course I ignored.. Frankly when in cell coverage area the Google gps map app on phone does a superior job-and in critical areas I run it at same time as the Garmin. This area of Utah seems to be a particular sore spot for the RV navigator-as it misbehaved last year in much the same way near Koosharem.
