true but I suspect it has more to do with the price point of cable/sat service than anything else. AT&T U-Verse advertising in my area (Chicago) indicates they have a 45gb monthly cap on data. my EarthLink has no such cap and, AFAIK, neither does Comcast. any data cap belies the idea of streaming TV. yes, the level of technology today has nothing to do with "tomorrow" but the improvement in the data networks will have to be enormous for this to happen.
