Tweetys customer service & prices?

I'm gonna call Tweety's to order my super hitch & extention for my Camper via E-Bay being I found some good deals & yet will call them 1st to discuss the deal before paying & wanted to ask if any of you are tweety customers & what your thoughts are from buying from them?

Good company to deal with?
Or maybe avoid them at all cost?

    The best fit for me is the 42 being just one inch under what I need but for the shipping cost only I'd gladly deal with it being 5 inches too long.

    & then just buy the hitch.

    Have ordered several items from them and ALWAYS had good service and prices. I always check them when I need something.
