Two 6 volt vs two 12 volt run time
I was just informed that two 6 volt batteries would run the residential refrigerator many times longer than two 12 volt batteries. I wonder if this is just hype?

Assuming batteries of similar capacity, say two 6 volts in series with a total capacity of perhaps 220 AH vs two 110 AH 12 volts in parallel for a total similar capacity of 220 AH does that above statement make any sense? :R
