Photos would help. Can't picture what you have in the kitchen and there's various things you can do there. In the bedroom are you talking about underbed storage, cubby holes beside the bed, or? Can you build anything or do you want stock off-the-shelf products? Storage space is like gold and every cubic inch counts. Sometimes the manufacturers install blank panels on what could be useable storage space. If you have any, consider removing them and creating new cabinet space.
Lee Valley and
Knape & Vogt have some products that might work or give you ideas.
Here's some custom built things I've done to our current TT.
Underbed storage. This creates efficient storage various items. The tray on the right can be lifted out to access below it.

I made some drawers for the cubby holes beside the bed. The drawer fronts are standard factory pieces so the drawers look factory done. The drawers are 22" deep which allows a lot of misc. things to be stored in them.

In a previous TT I made some drawers for under the kitchen counter and behind the original door. There were a number of blanking panels in the cabinets and I removed some of them, had a shop make up some doors and lined the interiors to make new cabinet space.
