Unexpected credit card charge by ACT*ACTIVE-NETWORK?

Look back over my Visa card statements, I am pretty sure that I unwittingly signed up for the ACTIVE-NETWORK membership when I reserved at a Georgia state park in October last year. There is an Atlanta software provider called ACTIVE WORKS OUT that provided the software.

I had said that it might have been Reserve America, but I wish to retract that. I have never had any problem with reservations through Reserve America.
