Ewwww and double Ewwww to thirtydaZe and raygreg! On the bright side at least the unusual discharge is only from your gray tank and no other orifices.
I would think that it is mainly Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG). Yes, you will have to use something to eat the grease and tons of hot water to get the mess all boiled down and draining clear.
