That's what I've found here in Western NY too. A single dealer has a show, brings a lot of his inventory and a designated salesman/saleswoman stands by a table with accessories (grills, chairs, lights etc.) made by other companies. They mark down the trailers from their list price about 10% and people think it's a deal when you can go to their store and get more than that off the list price just by telling them what you are willing to pay for a particular trailer at any other time of the year. There are a lot of local campgrounds that have free raffles to win this or that but they are just drumming up a list of people to call so they can offer a "free" weekend stay and all you have to do is listen to how great their place is so they can try to sell you on a seasonal site purchase.
