Be carefull with the theater seating. Not all of the theater recliners are wall hugger type. We have a Laz Y Boy at home and the recliners in the home theater aren't wall hugger type. It needs to be positioned about 14-16" away from the wall to be able to recline. Also make sure you have enough room to activate the recliner mechanism. We want to put a recliner love seat in the back of our 5'er and because of the built in end tables we need to look for a love seat with the release handles inside the arm rests. Just some food for thought.
