They have a version that uses self-tapping screws. Me, I am not comfortable putting 50 little holes in my van.
I was at a Class A rally and one vendor had outdoor sun shades that affixed with suction cups. I bought them and have to admit they worked real well. Only thing is they charged an arm and a leg for them.
You could achieve the same by going to a big box store and buying sun shade material and adding the suction cups yourself.

I have never in my life encountered a suction cup that actually stuck to things. Maybe that's a subject I should read up on.
