We had friends that bought a coach from the Canadian owner. He said never again. At the time, and I don't know if this is still true, Canada does not issue titles. Jumping through all the required hoops to get it registered and titled in the U.S. was a nightmare for him. I would do some more research and make inquiries before I jumped into it.

your registration and bill of sale make up your title in Canada. so from the us website you will need some documents
"Collect documents like the bill of sale, foreign registration, and potentially a manufacturer's certificate of origin, depending on whether it's new or used."
then there are a whole bunch of import documents and such you need to do, but the "US" title is granted when you have finished the import paperwork. there is a lot of it and then state stuff on top. I have a couple friends who have had their units bought by people from the US who had no issues what so ever. others hire an import broker so they don't have to do all the paperwork themselves.
