Ask your wife what her definition of "Have to see most of the state" is.
I've lived in Minnesota for 28 years and have travelled extensively in the state, yet I haven't seen "most of the state." Same with Indiana.
Of course, whatever you decide is up to you, and if momma ain't happy, then you sure aren't going to be happy.
As for us, I just got a map last month for my birthday. We decided that we would only count those states that we've destination camped in, but only since I've retired. So we can go back a couple years, but not counting places where we went with the kids when they and we were much younger.
