Again, like Jimlin, I'd expect someone like you to understand this simple concept.
Although it does get subjective as in when is it right to merge early with lower traffic volumes and higher speeds and when is it right to fill up both lanes and zipper?
I did see a funny a couple days ago. Some Karen was hell bent to get in front of this semi. She was merging. I watched semi let 1 car in and then another because that guy didn't know how to zipper either.
3rd car he said F U and just kept on the tail of the 2nd one he let in. Dumb biatch didn't have enough sense to know when to admit defeat and literally pushed a couple barrels with her car.
