Va State Parks & Dog fees
A while back we had a thread going with the pro's and con's of the Va State Park Dog fee's ($5 per night, per dog-max 3 nights) there were a lot of thoughts of better ways to offset the "cost" of pet'...

ok...those rangers are gonna have to be on constant patrol in the park and must witness the rule violation to issue a ticket. that's a lot of manpower and cost. those costs are going to be supported by everyone in the form of higher camp fees. and...there must be an ordinance or state law to back up the ticket and for collection when folks refuse to pay the fine.
