Remember you'll have food in the Fridge. Yes it can run on propane, but I always felt best leaving the rig on electric.
You can also leave the AC on if it's a smart thing to do for that time/place.
Like I stated above, take a look at a monthly rate. Figure out how much you'll spend camping those 20 days then storage for 10. I think you'll find out it's pretty much a wash.
