Mixed up some jb weld and put a dab on the end of the ROD. Let set up overnight and will give it one more try this am. I WILL try to reinforce this area when installing a new assembly.
I'm glad the JB weld worked !!! It's amazing what you can fix with that stuff. (Though I have found times it didn't work too)
But, I don't remember how to diagram a sentence. In fact, I don't think that I've ever heard of it. I don't think they taught that in MN when I was a boy. Maybe they do now.
