Valve Stems

We had the brass metal inside rubber "high Pressure" stems on our fifth wheel from factory.
Someone, at a truck stop in Ky stepped on them or somehow bent them. They all leaked. Had to replace them all.
We used metal all stainless short high pressure stems, with matching caps that bolt through the rim, designed, for aluminum wheels to replace them. Not much way to be bent or unbolted. Another thing valve cores will sometimes loosen and high pressure metal caps with rubber seals like on our motor home will contain the pressure. We discovered that in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Well for my money this is the ONLY valve stem on my LT tires, and nothing less than this for "G" rated tires.

The maximum rated pressure for a high pressure rubber valve stem (pictured) is 100psi. Your Goodyear G614 tires are rated for 110psi. If you ever plan on running with max pressure in the tire, you need metal clamp in valve stems that can handle approximately 200psi.

Do not put a TPMS on the type of valve stem that is currently installed on your wheel. Centrifical force can damage the valve stem.

Some of these snap-in high pressure stems are 80 psi and some are 100 psi cold rated.
Do you know a part number or anything to identify them?

My no expert view looks like 100 psi cold rating.

the stem in the picture is a high pressure rubber snap in rated up to 100 psi. They come OEM on 3/4 and one ton DRW trucks and trailers with load E tires .

I am not ruling out that those are metal valve stems. They do have a metal stem protruding from the rubber base. They are certainly not the typical rubber stems.

The stem in the picture looks to me like a high pressure valve stem. They are not all metal, strictly speaking, but they are tougher than the standard passenger vehicle's rubber valve stem. A tire shop can tell you for certain, but I think that stem may be good only for pressures below either 80 or 100 psi, depending on the exact stem this is. (Which is close, but not quite what you want.)

Yes, they are rated for 110 psi and a load of 3750 lbs.

Thank you. Just wanted to confirm before I call them tomorrow. I am already supposed to call them to discuss why the Eqau-Flex brackets were screwed up. Like a thread from a month or two ago, two of the hangers on the back axle were pointing down. I just got that fixed tonight. That's when I noticed the valve stems.

Worst part of this whole thing is, I emailed the owner last week with two requests. 1. Leave the camper plumbing pressurized and don't winterize it since its getting so close to spring. 2. Make sure the tire shop installs metal stems in those wheels for the high pressures.

Those don't look like the metal stems I am familiar with, and the stems I have on my trailer would not fit on your wheels with the indention on your wheel where your valve stem fits. Are you sure your wheels are rated for 110 psi?
