I can beat that moron story.
When returning from a trip I pulled into position to back my trailer into my driveway. As I start backing up the person who lives across the street pulls up. Not wanting to delay her from pulling into her driveway I drive forward so she can pull in. Instead of pulling into her driveway (where she always parks) she parks on the street in front of my driveway 3 feet from the curb making it 10 times harder to back my trailer in.
She was a new neighbor maybe 6 months in the house all winter months so I didn't know her that well. I figured it would be easier to just take the extra time and back it in as opposed to asking her to mover her car and possibly pissing her off.
But wait it gets better. As I'm backing it in struggling to work around her bad parking she comes back out of the house with her kids and they proceed to throw a football over my van as I'm trying to back into my driveway. Strangely they haven't played football since that day.
Some people just aren't happy unless they are causing trouble. On the positive side she's saved me hours of work by pissing me off. I usually clear the neighbors driveways when we get large snowfalls. Now I skip her house and get my revenge one shovel full at a time.
So, You figured it would be easier to struggle to back into the driveway, than taking 5 minutes to introduce yourself and explain the situation? You became pissed off because she played football with her kids, instead of telepathically becoming aware of your backing problem? Does anyone see a simple solution, here?
Actually if you read my post you would know I had talked to her hence the "I didn't know her all that well" statement.
And anybody who plays catch over a vehicle is needs a smack in the head let alone one being driven.
