it's a matter of money not hating RVs and RVers. here in Illinois the dump stations were closed years ago after cuts to the maintenance budget. I'm thinking that's the primary reason they've disappeared in other states.
Everything in Illinois is closing, your state is basically bankrupt.
we're all but officially bankrupt. huge debt and some of the candidates for governor want to give more away. residents are moving, er, escaping daily. depending on to whom you listen to or read California is in worse shape but even if true that's cold comfort.
