Local TV just showed that video and what started as a small amount of sway got much worse with it taking up several lanes before flipping over. Very clear on a 50" TV that the drive never put on the trailer brakes which would have stopped the swaying. Swaying that gets worse is because of not enough tongue weight which putting on just the trailer brakes will increase.
