...the driver never put on the trailer brakes which would have stopped the swaying.
Looked at the vid a few times now. Agree that I do not see any braking action nor any brake lights. Is it possible that the driver did brake and that the cable connection to from TV to trailer was not hooked up or otherwise compromised to not engage the trailer brakes? That is... could the TV been braking and not the trailer and the same results happen?
