While I see a lot of speculation on too much trailer for the truck, if you don't set it up right this can happen with just about anything, especially with a driver that doesn't know how to respond. I personally witnessed a very similar crash with a dually pulling an 18 to 20 foot older kit trailer. He had just pulled on to I-15 maybe a dozen vehicles in front of me. He was accelerating fairly hard as he moved into the middle lane, started swaying which continually got worse until both truck and trailer were on their sides, trailer pretty much disintegrating. Unfortunately, traffic was heavy and several other vehicles crashed as a result. I was towing a boat at the time and worried about rear ending, or getting rear ended but got lucky. This was maybe 20 years ago so the truck wasn't quite as capable load wise as today's trucks, but it was still quite a bit more than should have been needed for the trailer.
Moral of story, don't think it can't happen to you just because you have a heavy duty truck. Proper setup, and driving skill are still required. Good to see no real harm came about as a result of this particular incident.
