The person who was on-scene reports that there was no WD hitch because they didn't observe "yokes" on the trailer. Ignoring, of course, that there are many different WD setups. This rollover was violent enough that it could have ripped the trailer side brackets off. Another note, I've seen rigs with a WD hitch and no sway device, but I've never seen one with a sway device and no WD hitch.
