Harold you were NOT there and don't have a clue. My rig was set up by a professional trailer company.
As I expected, therein lies your trouble. You were inexperienced and incompetent to properly set up and maintain your own weight distribution hitch.
You trusted a "professional trailer company" to do this for you. "Camping World" could be called a "professional trailer company" and I (apparently wrongly) assumed that we ALL know how incompetent and clueless they are.
Apparently there are some out there who trust such "professional trailer companies" to "set up their rig" because they know they can't do it themselves and assume a "professional trailer company" knows what they are doing. Again, competence is the key here. Or, as I guessed and was proven correct, incompetence.

The fact is it had a soft suspension and soft tires, THAT was the basic problem.
Again, you have proven that you were at fault. You should have researched basic towing principles before you almost killed people with your inadequate improperly set-up hitch and tow vehicle.
You should have had properly inflated tires on both your tow vehicle and trailer; it is not difficult to use a tire gauge (for most of us).
You should not have attempted to tow such a trailer knowing your tow vehicle had an inadequate soft suspension. Again...this all goes to competence and having a clue what you're doing BEFORE risking other people's lives.

No there was no MASKING with the Dually. It had the meat on the road to handle the trailer.
Again..."I got me a big ole Dually and I ain gots no need for no **** sway bars or that sissy weight disturbation...I gots me a DUALLY!!! IT HAS THE MEAT ON THE ROAD!!!!!!!!!!"
Thank you for proving my point.
