You know as well as I that you could pull pretty well anyone over for pretty well anything and they'll always claim it was the one time they "forgot". Truth is, the OP is no different than any of the rest of us - we're ALL guilty of what he's complaining about. :S
...Don't know about you, but the signaling is something I've been doing as long as I can remember ...I'm OCD about it. You may be surprised that "WE'RE ALL" NOT guilty of some of the repeat offending being done..I've been driving 50 years come July and my driving record is excellent...so no, "WE'RE ALL" guilty of what OP is complaining about is TOO inclusive for someone to state, not personally knowing "ALL'S" driving habits.:S
