"someone's thought's" count for ZERO..not going to get a ticket for someone "thinking" someone did something wrong...it seems to upset some if others ask them to simply give a signal when making a lane change or turning left or right...I know this is a really hard task for some to fathom, but most people following them, CANNOT read the lazy person's mind....Like tailgaters...you wonder what is going through their uneducated mind...boils down to being lackadasical and non-conformance to road laws .
