Back a few years ago driving used to be fun and enjoyable.
Now it's like combat. And it's all because of non enforcement of traffic laws. Driving 10 to 15 mph above the posted speed limit is common on interstates today. Why? Passing on the right to drive 10 to 15 mph over the posted limit is tolerated. Why?
I was on a 4 lane street with a center turn lane the other day, and some idiot used the turn lane to pass 4 cars ahead of him.
I for one would like to see traffic laws strictly enforced with whatever it takes.

So in most if not all states passing on the right on multi lane roads is perfectly legal, if not the first idiot that drove 45 in the left lane of a 70 mph road would create the worlds biggest backup.
I can top you passing four cars in the two way left turn lane.
I drive through a section of road with a one lane space between the two lanes of travel. The west bound side has a left turn lane to the south at a traffic light. About 200' east of the traffic light there is an east bound left turn lane to the north.
Can't tell you the number of times cars (traveling West)wanting to get to the left turn lane to the South, will drive through the East bound left turn lane the wrong way, have seen a couple close call there.
