So if 'issues' had occurred when guests where visiting while living in a S&B you would go on a rant starting with the title....... "Visitors should pee outside!"
STUFF happens...you deal with it and move on.
When we FTd had a fitting blow off line on backside of water heater.....have no idea how much water ran but it ran for several hours as we slept.
Enough that our CG site and 2 others were completely flooded and over 2" of running water was in kitchen/living room when we woke up.
$6000 damage.
And I didn't even have a guest to blame it on.
Things break....mistakes get made......STUFF Happens.
