I see nothing wrong with LEO giving speeding tickets. Call it whatever you want, the LAW says "Speedlimit XX mph" Anything OVER that XX is breaking the law. I wish LEO would enforce even 5 mph over!.... everywhere! Once word got out there as a national crackdown ... no exceptions ... you better believe EVERYONE would slow down and pay attention! Everyone would be mad as HE!! but at least speeding tickets would be distributed equally for everyone!
