When a city is wrong it is wrong and it takes people to push back and get things set right. Who decides what the speed limit is and why? What if the limit is set in order to raise funds? Your take on this seems to be to just go with it and be an obedient citizen. I agree with obeying the law but when the law is wrong I push back and challenge it. I don't allow the city to use bogus laws without merit in order to make money.
