Then after you come back from a nice day of hiking, you find four flat tires on your camper! The person you said "excuse me" to is a real dirt bag and "paid" you back while you were away from home. Sometimes it is best to say nothing, which depends of course on one's own circumstances and perceived level of frustration. Rude, selfish, uncaring, and ignorant folks can be found just about everywhere.
I have a type “A” personality and have learned over the years the “KMS” response method. KEEP MOUTH SHUT! This seems to work well for me, at least, when I remember to use it! Safe camping to all.
