Perhaps in your wisdom, you can point out "what" their RV is? That many folks in a 'burb does not constitute an RV.

The vehicle they were living in is an RV since they lived in it and were engaged in is the same activity called "RVing". They just had a particularly crowded and poorly equipped RV. The people in question are full timers, just as many participants here are. Come to think of it, that they were engaged in RVing, the verb, makes them RVers, regardless of the specific nature of their vehicle. You are what you do.
Listen Jim, nobody who signifies will think the less of you just because you have something in common with these people--most of us have something in common with people of whom we disapprove.
