Read what he said, it was parked the other way, with slide over the sidewalk.
Because he assumed that it was turned it around "because people were keeping him awake walking into the slides". In other words, people walked into the slides BEFORE he turned it around, to slides over the sidewalk.
I only posted it up because I thought it was humorous.
