Read what he said, it was parked the other way, with slide over the sidewalk.
Because he assumed that it was turned around "because people were keeping him awake walking into the slides". In other words, people walked into the slides BEFORE he turned it around, to slides over the sidewalk.
EDIT. The OP isn't specific as to wether the picture is BEFORE or AFTER the turn around.
At 5:18 he posted the picture, at 5:36 he posted that it was facing the other way this morning. Read before you criticize people.
When the picture was posted doesn't prove when it was taken. Maybe it was facing that way yesterday and is now facing the other way, since this morning.
