I don't see where the tow company, or an authorizing agent of Wal Mart is being held accountable. They got caught and they had to refund. They didn't loose anything. Didn't cost them anything to try. How many did they get away with compared to this ONE that they refunded? Refund my azz! Someone would have had to answer for the wrong doing and stiff enough to ensure they would NEVER pull another boneheaded stunt like that again. JMO and all that....
