A problem with this thread is that it doesn't contain the whole story as told in the first thread (now closed). Link to history.
To sum up:
The tow truck didn't move the vehicle, three other overnighters got busted, too, and there's an existing City (Gulfport) ordinance against overnight RV parking on both public and private property.
If it's within the City limits, Walmart likely has no say over who gets towed off the property for violating that ordinance.
