Walmart Tire & Lube Express - Carlisle Radial Trail HD

I see Walmart has my size of Carlisle Radial Trail HD on sale for a great price - - there is a Walmart Tire & Lube Express about 20 miles from my house, but reviews seem to be inconsistent at best.......

I considered those as well. My rims are stamped "max load 1820 lbs", which is the max load for my load range C tires at 50psi. I'm wondering if it would be OK to go to a D with a 65 psi rating on the wheels?
