With the issues that many Walmarts were having with infrastructure issues and congestion in or about 2005-2006 corporate decided to leave it to the individual stores to make the decision . As for Florida most decided on installing either the overhead restrictors and or designing lot access more difficult by employing smaller access points to keep out combination vehicles.
