And I actually appreciate when someone posts about their dealer experiences, both good and bad. When making a very large RV purchase and/or arranging service I want as much information as possible about who I'm dealing with.
Well that's the problem in this case ( and others we hear about at times ). We aren't given enough information to agree with the accusations or complaint. Sometimes it's people who don't read the contracts, understand them, or who to actually contact.
The easiest people to blame ( in this case ) is the dealer. I'd bet the "insurer" in this case - not the dealer is who the complaints, questions & correspondence should be directed at. But the dealer gets dragged through the coals. Believe it or not there are some good dealers out there.
