Maybe we all don't have $80,000 or more in the bank, I had $40,000 to put down on a $80,000 total purchase on a nice slightly used class A that I did not want to get away from me so financing was the way to go, yes putting down minimum on a brand new purchase one would be upside down, I and maybe others are not..
