Based on the options given, I would go for the Class A for your situation.
I know you're only asking about drivables, but is there a reason you aren't considering a truck and a trailer?
For a young family that, I'm assuming, will be weekenders, I really think you will get a lot more out of a trailer than a motorhome.
Best of luck in whatever you choose. This is a great hobby that my parents got me into and my almost-three-year-old son already loves. Just today he said "let's go camping." :B
