I was forced into retirement , Injury. but I get around OK,
first few years was Hard at times... even hobbies do not fill all the days.
I did not like the 2 professions I had... but Work is Work and I got the few nice things I have... me and my wife of 43 years.
She retired last November... I took her on a 4 month vacation, 2 days after she retired.. to reduce the "Work" that NAGS us all that put in 40 plus year working.
find, non-paying work... or paying work... or hobbies, or things you remember as a youth, to try again.
fill your days.. however you like.. but parking yourself is a quick way UNDER
but in the 10 months of her retirement, her health has improved a lot.
