I have found that most campgrounds are much cheaper that a laundromat. I don't mind using machines in either. So far all have been very clean facilities and machines. I don't go to large cities though. If one looked junky and dirty, I would simply wait until we moved to the next place. Only takes about 2 hrs and then I'm done for at least 10-14 days.
