Yes.. I know it's salt water (Calcium chloride is a salt) but it's still water
Calcium chloride is a powder,, It is mixed with water because it does not attack the inside of the tire or rim and it prevents freezing.. But what is in there is still mostly water.
Alas... Let's not pick that nit.
And let me tell you a Ford 20 tire (About 4-5 foot tall) filled with that stuff or a Ferguson TO-30 (Same size) is HEAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
