They, whoever they is, sell small water separators, for small compressors.
There is a lot, of water, in the air, or humidity, here and especially anywhere near water. Lots of cars with screwed up, first time paint jobs because they didn't think they needed a water separator. I've dismounted tires and been spritzed many times from water in tires, through valve stem, when younger.
