I'm wondering where the moisture can evaporate to in a closed environment like a tire. Evaporation just turns the water into a gas that is absorbed by the air at higher temps, but what happens with the temps fall? Doesn't the water vapor condense back into water? Or am I not remembering my HS physics and meteorology correctly?
