Maybe they tried to fill the tire with a water hose? I'm stumped really.
Pumping up that small a tire with a water filled compressor tank I dunno unless the fill hose had been connected to the drain.
In Nam we had big compressors, in the hanger.Close to the coast, as in throw a rock in the ocean, When they would open the drain we would get anywhere from maybe half a gallon upwards out, every day.
That's why I run Lt tires on my Craftsman, more water capacity, so I don't have to worry about draining the compressor.
