This from ShurFlo should solve the problem. It is smaller than the above pictured accumulator tank, but it will do the job.
As for winterization, since it uses a bladder, when the pipes are empty of water, the tank is, so it can be either dry or wet winterized.
For me, this is a must have, especially with most water pumps being the single speed type that will pulsate in the middle of the night. This stops that issue cold.
