Take a look at wakeboard boat ballast bags and pumps.
You can find NOS or close out models in 300 to 1000lb variety with 12V pumps reasonable priced.
I have some for the boat, for surfing, and used one last year camping. Spent like 5 days, unhooked up in the Mtns. Was nice to be able to refill the tank and not have to conserve water.
They are very well constructed also.
