Camping World sells the same thing and I promise you that it works right off the shelf with no trips to the hardware store and need for hose barb adapters.
yes, and it has a terrible flow rate and lots of restriction and allows considerable pressure variation as a function of flow. you get what you pay for. with the watts from the referenced website, pressure is constant regardless of flow so when DW turns on the kitchen sink when your in the shower, pressure and flow doesn't drop. and it's also plug and play.
